WFCBJJ offers Zumba and Cardio Kickboxing for the ladies. The combination of the cardio and calisthenics elevates the weight loss to a whole other level. You will see quicker results, more tone definition, and enjoy the change in workout routine involved in the combination of both classes.

Cardio Kick Boxing is offered Monday-Friday at 10:00 AM and Tuesday and Thursday Evenings at 6:00 PM Zumba Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings at 6:00 PM.
